1. Shipping Zones & Supported Countries

We currently provide international shipping exclusively to the following 30 countries and regions:

  • North America: United States, Canada

  • Europe (Western & Northern): United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden

  • Europe (Southern & Eastern): Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Austria, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Malta

  • Asia-Pacific: Japan

(Note: If your country or delivery address is not included in the list above, we unfortunately cannot fulfill your order at this time. We are actively expanding our logistics network to serve more regions in the future.)

2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We believe in simple, transparent pricing to give you the best shopping experience:

  • Orders of $60.00 USD and Over: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders Under $60.00 USD: A flat standard shipping fee of $10.00 USD will be applied at checkout.

Note: All shipping thresholds are calculated based on the net subtotal of your cart after discounts and before any applicable taxes.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are automatically processed and forwarded to our local fulfillment centers within 1 business day (excluding weekends and regional holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another notification once your package leaves the local warehouse.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Because we utilize localized fulfillment warehouses (including fulfillment by Amazon's logistics network), your order is dispatched from the closest domestic hub to ensure maximum speed.

Disclaimer: Delivery windows are estimates and start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier-specific issues.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Every order shipped from Tolhom comes with a trackable shipping service.

  • A Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and carrier info (such as Amazon Logistics, USPS, DHL, or local postal services) will be sent to you as soon as the package is dispatched.

  • You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For orders dispatched from local regional warehouses (such as within the US, UK, EU, or Japan), no additional import duties or customs fees will apply upon delivery.

  • In rare instances where regional stock shortages require cross-border fulfillment, any applicable import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Address Accuracy & Damaged Shipments

  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Tolhom cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address entries.

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives significantly damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at support@tolhom.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the outer packaging and damaged products so we can expedite a replacement or refund.
